With 23 years of corporate and consulting experience, Fabio has worked with a variety of industries including biotech, pharmaceutical, information technology, medical device, consumer products, professional services, insurance, transportation, retail, and financial services. He has worked on a number of business challenges, for example, globalization, acquisition integration, scaling for growth, operational effectiveness, and leadership and executive development. Fabio has held Organization Effectiveness & Talent leadership positions
(e.g., Biogen, EMC); he began his career at the Hay Group’s McClelland Center for Research and Innovation (now Korn Ferry), working with leading global organizations, such as IBM, Pfizer, Caterpillar, Toyota, and Microsoft. More recently as a consulting practice founder, Fabio has helped many leading companies address a variety of strategic, organization, and operational business issues.
Fabio was an adjunct lecturer at the University of Massachusetts where he taught Organizational Behavior, Research Methods, Statistics, and Social Dynamics courses. He has lectured at Boston University and Johns Hopkins University. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Boston University under his mentor, David C. McClelland. His research has been published in Harvard Business Review, the Journal of Consulting Psychology: Practice and Research, the Journal of Psychology and Health, Nonprofit Management & Leadership, and Leadership in Action of the Center for Creative Leadership. Fabio co-edited Linking Emotional Intelligence and Performance at Work: Current Research Evidence with Individuals and Groups.
